If you are having a problem in Fruity Loops or any other DAW with your Audio Interface, but it works nicely in other programs then this can help you.

Could not enable the CoreAudio device.
  1. Open “Audio MIDI Setup” from Applications -> Utilities -> Audio MIDI Setup
  2. Click “+” and select “Create Aggregate Device”
  3. Choose your Audio Interface with a checkbox
  4. Close Audio MIDI Setup and select this new device in DAW.
